Formatting Excel

I have 17,747 lines of data contained in 3 columns per page which I need to print but I want to reformat the A4 sized page to accommodate 6 columns thereby reducing the number of pages to be printed.

How can I reformat the page and move the data from the 3 column format to the 6 column format?
