Formatting a 4 digit year as a 2 digit year with apostrophe

Hi all,

I'm hoping this is an easy question. I need to turn a field that is a 4 digit year, such as 1984, into a 2 digit year with an apostrophe in front of it, like `84. The RIGHT function would work, but how do I get the apostrophe to appear?
