Format cells with distributed indent not working

That is correct. Distributed alignment uses the spaces in a cell value to spread the text. If there are no spaces it cannot do that. So it fails for a language where one character = one word.
You can report this from within Excel: Help > Feedback > Report a problem (or Make a suggestion).
- It did not make sense, because, it works at other PCs for same language.
Are you sure that there were no spaces between the characters?
- Yes, I did test with same chinse characters..
