Format cell border tab with limited line options
Several line options are missing from the dropdown menu (see the picture above). That is all the line options I get. I no longer have the thicker line option, double lines, or several other styles I used to have. My 365 is up to date. I need help restoring all the line options.

double check that you've selected a cell/object that can be outlined.
