Finding Duplicates

I have a worksheet with 2 columns, Account number and Dollar amount. I need to find any duplicates.

More than 1 row with the same account number and dollar amount, The row has to have duplicates of both. Example Row 5 and Row 6 both have account number 1234 and dollar amount $1.00.

I have tried several formulas and I just can't seem to get it to find the rows with both columns duplicated.
