Here is a suggested solution to make yourself

    That's how it's done:

    1. 1. Click in the top left of the first table on the small triangle between the starting column and the starting line.
    2. 2. In the Start tab you click on the button "Conditional Formatting" and on "New Rule ...".
    3. Select the entry "Use formula to determine the formatting cells" from the list.
    4. Under "Edit rule description" we enter the value = Sheet1! A1 <> Sheet2! A1 according to our worksheet name.
    5. Click on the Format ... button and select, for example, a light red color in the Fill in tab.
    6. Confirm both open windows with OK.
    7. Excel now shows all cells in the table in light red that have different values than the comparison table.

Hope I was able to help you with this info.
