Financial number notation

The standard number notation valuta and financial are changed and I can't turn it back. Any help?

What do you mean under "standard" ?
In general these setting follow Windows settings for currency:
Win+R
control international
Enter
Additional settings
Currency

What I mean is when I want to change for example the value 100 to € 100 by pussing the 'currency' button it change to 100.0.00 €.To put currency symbol on front or at the end that's in Windows regional settings
That won't change already applied formats, but new ones will be applied based on this setting.
