FILTER FUNCTION

Hi- 

I am trying to use the Filter function to filter my columns- I only want to see one project.  However, when I click the down arrow in the column header, I do not see all of my projects, just one.  Shouldn't I see all of my projects listed and then be able to select the one I want to filter?  Thank you.
