Filter function error

Hi all I am trying to run the below below filter that works on a mac but when I open in 365 on my lenova it is coming back as not valid.and if I manually type it in it will only give me the filterxml option which I don't want can someone please help me

    It sounds like you don't have the latest Excel on that Lenova PC. Upgrade the excel on that computer.
