Fill Color Choices

Hi All - This may seem like a silly question, but can anyone tell me how to get back the color fill chart you pick your color from where it says Custom Colors back to the mosaic looking choices vs. the one that gives you a sliding scale at bottom to pick from? (Ugly)  I used to have it come up automatically when I clicked on Customer Colors, but then it changed to the slide type I do not care for.  Not sure why/how it changed??
