files attaching as links by default rather than copies

If you select File > Share, don't you see an option 'Send as Attachment'?
Hi Hans, with some files i do have an option but with others I only have the option to copy the link or send the link in an email, no option to actually attach the file in outlook, unless I save the file, open outlook and then attach the file. The share option is really quick when using it from the application but I need to attach the file and not the share link.
Solution is to customize QAT and add Send to it.
I am not familiar with QAT and add Send to it, are their instructions? This is a recent change I have noticed, did Microsoft make a change in recent upgrade or possibly how Azure/Sharepoint settings are handled?
