File/options not showing options on screen in excel

Hi there,

I am working in excel on a surface pro, and am trying to turn on iterative calculations in the formulas part of the "excel options" section under "File". However when I click on options it doesn't show on my screen. If i click on any of the other selections under "file" it works... but when i click on options, it just disappears? Any suggestions?
