File->Options->Save: No AutoSave OneDrive and SharePoint

We have installed on a workstation Office 2019 Pro Plus and activated with key.  The end user has a Office 365 OneDrive account that they have files on.  I can access the files vie Excel but cannot enable AutoSave as the option to turn this feature on does not exist.  Is this due to this being a key activated product?
