Field List in Pivot table not showing
Field list is not showing in my pivot table even after clicking show field list. I am using office 365.

I know this post is old, but I wanted to add to this post as I experienced the exact same issue, but this post did not have the permanent fix. So I found the solution elsewhere. If you cannot view the Pivot Table Field List in normal mode, but are able to view the Pivot Table Field List in safe mode (hold ctrl while opening excel), then this solution should work for you.
Perform the below steps to delete and recreate the configuration file "Excel15.xlb" within Excel's roaming profile.
Close all Excel Files
Navigate to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel folder.
Delete the Excel15.xlb file (or move to another folder as a backup)
Open up Excel and a new Excel15.xlb should be created in the roaming folder
In Excel, you should now be able to view the Pivot Table Field List.
If you do not see the field list, ensure that the "Show Field List" option is selected by right clicking in the pivot table
If you attempt this solution, be sure to make a backup before deleting any files.
