Fail to Copy Worksheet

I did asked the question before. My description may not be good enough. Therefore, I recorded the screen the problem I experienced. 

In short, my problem is I cannot do copying worksheet after opened VBA editor when the Excel is displayed in Traditional Chinese. 

Is this a bug? Any hint to fix this? How can I report the case to Microsoft excel engineer/programmer?
