Fail to Copy Worksheet

I am unable to copy worksheets in excel. I got no idea why it happens. The situation is as follows:

I open the excel application and open a new workbook. Everything is fine and I can copy worksheets in the file successfully. However, after I turned to VBA editor, the copy function only produces an empty worksheet.

I am using Excel 2010 (Chinese) + Windows 10 (Chinese). Same problem is also experienced in my company which is using Excel 2016 (Chinese) + Windows 10 (Chinese).
