Facebook leads data

I have 400 leads from Facebook in a spreadsheet.

I want to make a graph of the date the lead was generated plus their name:

10/07/2022 & Joe Bloggs

I want to see how my advert is tracking month by month.

Its a really simple graph.

Any ideas?
