extracttotal lines out of Subtotal Counts
I often use the subtotal feature to count how many entries there are under a single heading. When that is done I get the answer below. That is OK and what I want. The problem is that the files i am working on have thousands of rows. I need a way to quickly extract all the result lines (like 1124 count 6, 1125 count 10 etc) so I can paste the data by line elsewhere. I've tried to filter but that takes away the total that the count calculated. Any ideas how to do this or should I be using another method to get these totals. Office 16

- BrownieCopper ContributorThank you. I have only a little experience with pivot tables but will try.
