Extract percentage from two columns

=COUNTIFS(B3:B12,E2, C3:C12,"yes") / COUNTIF(B3:B12,E2)

That works splendidly, but I forgot to mention that I'm trying to use it regarding data in a pivot table, and then that formula does not work. Help?!

    Please:
    - Post a picture of your Pivot Table
    - Do your run Excel on Windows or Mac?
    - If on Windows, is Power Pivot Data Model involved?

      It is Excel on Windows and no, I do not believe Power Pivot is involved as far as I know. The only Pivot function I use is the regular "Create Pivot Table".
