Extra-thick borders, thicker than those available?

Hello,

how to create even more thicker (than those avaliable per click) line styles in "Format Cells->Border->Line->Style. Question is - how can I create the border that is thicker, or is it possible to create my own border line style - for example using Paint to draw it?
