Extra numbers before columns and rows
Can anyone tell me what these extra numbers like heading before my rows and colums are. and how to remove them?

- To remove them highlight all the columns and select Ungroup from the right hand side of the Data Ribbon
- When you Group Rows or columns they allow you to automatically expand or collapse sections by clicking on them
