Export Excel Sheet as CSV (Windows) on mac

Hi, since updating Excel it's no longer possible to save excel sheets as windows csv. We are using excel on mac, but need to be able to convert to windows. At the moment, if you open the csv on windows, all the umlauts are gone. 

Is there any way I can save it as windows csv? 

How can I protect the umlauts?
