Expanding hierarchy filters in Columns

Hi All,

I had a question about Pivot Table filters with a hierarchy. When I filter down to just the selection I want and add to the columns, the data populates at the highest level of the hierarchy. However, I am unable to single-click on the expand button to drill down the selection and can only double-click, which results in the next filter not working and all possible fields in that level are then populated and not just what was originally filtered. The frustrating thing is when I populate the same original hierarchy filter into the rows, I am able to expand and collapse via the buttons without any issues. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I have been searching for the issue/solution for well over a day now.
