Excell speadsheet help

So I seem to be having an issue with Excell as a whole today. I have tried a number of spreadsheet where formulas that have already been installed and have worked fine for some time, but for some-reason today the spreadsheets will not automatically update when i change the values.

If i click on the cell i can see the formula which is correct, but it wont update.

What am I doing wrong??
