Excell problem with charts/graphs

HI, We have problem with Excell chart on working PC of one our user. Excel graph/chart not displaying on sheet for every document and can not create any graph/chart. Please can you help us ?

I changed a new pc for this user and yesterday this worked when I installed new Office365 but today is a same problem. Again, graphs/charts in excell doesn’t work.
