Excell lines just above my spreadsheet, what are they and how do I remove them

My Excel spreadsheet has 4 lines just above the spreadsheet. They're numbered 1,2,3,4. The seem to make the spreadsheet show only certain columns. I don't know how they got there or how to remove the...
