Excell 2016
I am finding this very frustrating, I open Excel, New workbook, no protection, no sharing. I start making my sheet with every second row elongated vertically to the height of two cells, no problem. ...
Yes ! That worked to some extent, but only when you want to create the same size box, as mine are different on various lines it then does not work.
But ! here is the anomaly I then merged the other boxes I wanted to make and it worked.
What I really need is it to work every time, and it seems at the moment it is hit and miss.
Tried this a second time from scratch and I can't merge anything right from the off
