In Excel for the web within Microsoft Teams, if you accidentally change the order of your data and there's no "Undo" option available.

Maybe a workaround can helps. Here is a workaround to revert the data order:

    1. Manually Revert the Order: If you remember the previous order of your data, you can manually rearrange it back to the way it was. This might be time-consuming, but it is an option when you have no "Undo" option.
    2. Check Version History (if available): If you are working on a shared document, it is possible that version history is enabled. You can check the version history to see if there is a version of the document before you made the unintentional changes. Here's how to access version history:
      • Open the document in Excel for the web.
      • Click on "File" in the top left corner.
      • Choose "Version history" or "History" (exact wording might vary).
      • You can then select a previous version of the document and restore it.
    3. Save and Download a Backup: Excel for the web does have an "AutoSave" feature, but it's important to note that AutoSave behavior can depend on various factors, such as where your file is stored (OneDrive, SharePoint, or another location) and your individual settings. When you are working on an Excel document stored in OneDrive or SharePoint, AutoSave is normally automatically enabled. If the document is very important and you cannot manually revert the order, you might want to save a copy of the document, download it, and then make the necessary changes locally before re-uploading it.
