Is it possible to sort by row?

Manual sorting has an option under Data / Sort & Filter. Alternatively the Excel 365 function SORT has a final parameter that determines the direction of the sort.
= SORT(Array, 1, -1, 1)

- I have a database that listed the information I need to sort by row and not column...It is too big to change to column sorting
