Excel

I have been unable to change the name of a category - also, cannot locate (Table tools).

 

When opening Excel, on the left side (Green background) you see listed the various listings - i.e. "Medical", "Contributions", etc. (accounts/categories etc.)   I want to change the name I have for a church, and rename the listing.   How do I do this?    Please provide step by step instructions, as I am NOT an experienced computer user.   Your help would be greatly appreciated.   I have tried to find the solution for several weeks off and on, and I have been unable to find the instructions.  Perhaps very simple, but I am lost.  Thanks in advance.
