Excel Workbook Viewing / Editing Permissions
I need to share a spreadsheet with my organization. I need to give editing permissions to 2 others and view-only permissions to everyone else. We plan to store the spreadsheet in our company OneDrive...
You should be able to do a share with specific people with a link (check allow editing) and choose the editors. Once you have done that, click on share again and check can view. Here is a link that should help
