Excel won't paste with correct format on we

It was working just a two days ago and I already spend the whole day checking the settings but nothing has work. Basically, our company is using outlook and SharePoint. The issue is that I can't seem to copy and paste a table properly with format.

This is a sample of what the data should look like

But when I copy and paste it, it look like this

I watched and read almost every guide in google, nothing work. However what I found out was that I can copy paste those with "regular" numbers and it would retain the table and format.

But every time I copy and paste those with name/links and percentage, it didn't paste properly.

Does anyone have any idea? I tried to check both settings on excel and  web outlook. I could not find anything on the settings that may have cause this. Thanks!
