Excel Will Not Print

Take this for the printing issue:

1. Check Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. Outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues with Excel.
2. Set Default Printer: Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your preferred printer, and select Set as Default Printer.
3. Registry Editor Fix: Modify permissions in the Registry Editor:
• Open Run (Windows + R), type regedit, and press Enter.
• Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows.
• Right-click Windows, select Permissions, and ensure Full Control is enabled for your user account.
• Restart your computer.
4. Print Spooler Service: Restart the Print Spooler service:
• Open Run, type services.msc, and press Enter.
• Locate Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.
5. Excel Add-ins: Disable any third-party add-ins in Excel that might interfere with printing:
• Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
• Select COM Add-ins and click Go. Uncheck all add-ins and test printing again.

Reinstall M365 without losing Outlook data:

1. Backup Outlook Data: Export your Outlook data to a .pst file:
• Open Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
• Select Export to a file and choose .pst.
• Save the file to a secure location.
2. Uninstall and Reinstall MS 365:
• Uninstall Microsoft 365 via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
• Reinstall Microsoft 365.
3. Restore Outlook Data: After reinstalling, import your .pst file:
• Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
• Select Import from another program or file and choose your .pst file.
