Take this for the printing issue:
- Check Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. Outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues with Excel.
- Set Default Printer: Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your preferred printer, and select Set as Default Printer.
- Registry Editor Fix: Modify permissions in the Registry Editor:
- Open Run (Windows + R), type regedit, and press Enter.
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows.
- Right-click Windows, select Permissions, and ensure Full Control is enabled for your user account.
- Restart your computer.
- Print Spooler Service: Restart the Print Spooler service:
- Open Run, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Locate Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.
- Excel Add-ins: Disable any third-party add-ins in Excel that might interfere with printing:
- Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
- Select COM Add-ins and click Go. Uncheck all add-ins and test printing again.
Reinstall M365 without losing Outlook data:
- Backup Outlook Data: Export your Outlook data to a .pst file:
- Open Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Select Export to a file and choose .pst.
- Save the file to a secure location.
- Uninstall and Reinstall MS 365:
- Uninstall Microsoft 365 via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Reinstall Microsoft 365.
- Restore Outlook Data: After reinstalling, import your .pst file:
- Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Select Import from another program or file and choose your .pst file.
