Excel Web Page not working on web server

We have an excel spreadsheet that we have published to a Excel Web Page. It works on IIS but not apache.

We have published a simple spreadsheet with one cell with text and that doesn't work on Apache.

We gave changed the HTML file to index.html

When we validate the HTML using online validation sites, we get numerous errors.

Any ideas please
