Excel view
- Mar 29, 2022
Thank you very much for your response and information. Though I wasn't able to get your suggestions to work for me, I somehow resolved the problem using the toolbar at the top of the Excel document itself. I don't know exactly what I clicked on that did the trick, but I am now have both views and am able to toggle between them. Thank you again. I am impressed and encouraged by this prompt help.
a) windows+shift+arrow (left or right) will move the window to the next or previous monitor (this can help because it will sometimes properly scale then)
b) ALT+Space (this brings up the window option menu) then:
i) then type 'S' (for size) and then i usually type Down AND Left Arrows (this 'captures' the lower right corner of the window) and then move my mouse to move the bottom left corner of the window where I want. This will work with any corner / side you want to adjust, just use the 'opposite' arrow key.
ii) type 'M' and then any arrow key and then move the mouse and this will MOVE the window where ever you want. You can do this to align top left on the screen then the above to fix the bottom right. Sometimes just getting the header on the screen proper will cause the whole window to resize correctly.
Hope that helps
