Excel Utility Tool Creation

Hi All-How to created an EXCEL UTILTY TOOL in excel?

    Without any information on the purpose of the utlity, the only advice that can be offered is that it probably should be created in the form of an Excel Add-in (*.xlam) that would be saved in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Addins folder.
