Excel using Office 365 and Forms

I am using a Form in connection with a Flow.  The data collected from that goes into an Excel file automatically.  Is there a way to delete responses from the Form and not lose data in the Excel file?  I know that it is possible in Google Docs, but my school is Microsoft.

Any help would be appreciated.
