A1:C11 is a database-like table.
G1:G2 is the criteria range.
The formulas in G4 and G5 count and sum the incomes equal to $30,000.
The first argument in DCOUNTA and DSUM is the database range.
The second argument is the column you want to refer to.
The third argument is the criteria range.
