Excel UI issues, slowliness, selecting cell selects different row and etc

Searching for help and those WHO HAVE SAME or similar ISSUES :(, starting from 2411 Excel build (~2024-11) multiple users from different companies started to report strange behavior working with Office 365 Excel. At first I though okey maybe few updates and everything will be ok, or just some kind small problem with PC, close or restart helped and lets move on. But eventually it started to increase, uninstalling/reinstalling Office 365 doesn't help, and different users report same things. These problems I faced by connecting remotely to users to "help" them. At some point started see same behavior patterns and felt need to try write and search for luck to solve this non-sense which cuts worktime. 

For example: 

• Users have multiple sheets in workbook. Sheets have different ZOOM levels, some 75%, some 115% , 95% and etc. Going from one sheet to another makes all fonts blurred on that sheet, excel ROWS numbers doesn't fit in its own column, selecting cell only shows value in formula bar, but visually there isn't any selection.   Fix: using mouse scroll up/down fixes UI. 
• Example: selecting Cell "D40" with cursor it selects D42, trying different column goes same always +1 or +2 cells from what users selects.
  Fix: changing zoom(to any and back) fixes this issue or selecting different sheet and backing again selecting becomes normal. There isn't "road" to get this problem its just randomly happens working on excel.
• Excel Grouping ISSUES. For example user have workbook containing around 50k rows, and ~60-100 columns, there are few level groups, as example 1 group has total 120 items, 2 has 720, third has 5600. Problem that sometimes pressing on "+" (expanding) to see what's inside we need to wait 15-30s. On another workbook it which has a lot of groupings everything fine less then 1s need to wait.
• In rare scenarios Excel stucks/froze, not sure how to correctly write. Problem that screen becomes unresponsible that selecting cell it shows in formula bar that you select cell but visually nothing happens, trying to close workbook you get message about or do you want to save workbook before close, but problem that its fully white message box you don't see any buttons and text. BUT if you press on white space there button "save" is - it saves. Switching Ribbon tabs working properly. Also in quick access line if you press save it also saves document, but you just don't see anything.
  
  Issues doesn't happen daily or weekly, there isn't easy way to reproduce them its just happens. Computers are different from personal to laptops, different manufacturers, with video card without(integrated). 
  
  Downgrading Office365 version to 2401-2410 makes these problems disappear. Well at least made some downgrading's and those people don't report these problems on Excel.
