Excel troubleshooting

Hi, I recently installed a newly purchased Office 2019 Home & student, and since then I wasn't able to open/start Excel except in safe mode. I removed all adds-in and followed all steps available (update, repair, etc.), and none of them work. How can I fix this? Thanks

    Have you tried emptying all your Temp folders in Windows?
    - Close all applications
    - Open windows explorer
    - Click in address box
    - Type %temp% and hit enter
    - Delete everything there

    Next do a Windows search for *.exd files. Delete all of them.
