Excel Table; How to not delete a row on the other table
I have two side by side tables on an excel sheet and I want to delete a row only on one table but not the other table. Is there a way I can lock the other table so that the rows don't get deleted?
- Hover the cursor over the edge of the table you want to delete the row in. Left click and the menu will include the choice of “Delete table row”. Use that. If instead the menu shows “Delete sheet row “ then the cursor is too far to the left. Move the cursor to the right, you will notice the cursor will blink off then on again as it moves from sheet mode to table mode. Mike
