Excel Stock Data Selector search not showing results ARKB

zerotau this is gr8 news. I am still unable to get pull live data. I use ARK 21 BITCION ETF but it doesnt seem to work
- definitely working on my end
- In the cell enter ARKB and click the stock symbol in the Data selector ribbon, highlight the "ARK 21 BITCION ETF" in the search results and click the "Select" buttom at the bottom and it should populate correctly.
The steps may be little different on Windows as I am on Excel for MacOS.
