Excel Stock Data not Loading
Does anyone face issues with the Microsoft Excel Stock Prices and Data not loading on 16th March 2023?
It's as if nobody @Microsoft is paying attention to these recurring data problems. It's beyond belief.
yes I spent an hour and a half with support chat - trying to reload, restore software, rebuilds. etc. Then they uninstalled a secuirty update from 3 days ago which didnt make sense since it just happend today, Why isn't there internal memos going around Microsoft that they look at and say they issue is being addressed They could google it and see this group was having the same issues - but how about thier own internal communications? Jeesh,,, Wasted 1 12 hours if my time when they could have just said its a known issuse they are working on.
- I sympathize with you and all other Excel Data users. Their tech support sounds like it is in India or Africa, tech support seems disconnected from the home office and just resort to their solution scripts that have nothing to do with addressing the problem. At least yesterday when I was chatting with them, the tech finally said my supervisor said they are working on a new release of the code for Data updates and it will be fixed soon. It came back after a few hours, but still not working well. Today I just ran out of patience with the tech support and left after he suggested I install an old version of Office.
