Excel Stacked Bar Chart
@When I create a Stacked Bar Chart, chart is not showing any Bars why

I believe you've seen samples of Stacked Bar Chart, that means that in general this Excel object works. Why it doesn't work in you case - that could be tons of reasons, e.g. you selected wrong range as data source, or you have texts instead of numbers, whatever. Without sample file it's hard to say something concrete.

Perhaps you mean something like this
- change source data order
- build chart
- set custom values for min/max and units for X-axis
- show y-axis in reverse order
- fill Start Date series by white
