Excel spreadsheets have become grouped

I'm not sure how or why, but all the sheets within my excel spreadsheet have become "grouped" - (group) has been added to the name of my saved spreadsheet.  I cannot see how to get the sheets ungrouped.  Anyone on PC who can help me?

    MSol4504 , Hello , usually when you say excel sheets have become grouped , then these can be ungrouped by right clicking on any of the grouped sheet and clicking ungroup sheets as below.

     

    But i have never heard or possibly i am unaware, that "(group)" gets added to the name of the sheets. So may be your problem is something else (?) 

    If so, suggest you to ps. attach your file on the post for better understanding.
