Excel Spreadsheet Sharing
How do I change the sharing option from only people in my organization to anyone. Right now anyone is not an available option and only people in my organization has been selected. Thanks

Changing sharing options in Excel depends on the platform you are using. If you are using Excel Online (Excel for the web), here are the general steps to change sharing options:
- Open your Excel workbook in Excel Online.
- In the upper right corner, click on the "Share" button.
- In the sharing pane that appears on the right side, click on "Anyone with the link can edit" or "Anyone with the link can view," depending on the level of access you want to provide.
- If you want more control over sharing, click on "Settings" next to the sharing options. Here, you can adjust settings like allowing editing, setting an expiration date, or password-protecting the link.
- Once you've adjusted the settings, click on "Apply" or "Save."
Keep in mind that the exact steps and options might vary slightly based on updates to Excel Online or the sharing settings configured by your organization.
If you are using the desktop version of Excel, sharing options might be limited to your organization's policies, and you might need to save the file to a cloud service like OneDrive or SharePoint to enable more sharing options.
Always be cautious about sharing sensitive information and ensure that you are compliant with your organization's data sharing policies. The text was revised with the AI.
