Excel Solver

Hello,

I have the following Problem with the Solver Add-In, if i aktivate the Solver Add-In, Excel shut down. If i restart the Program the following message is shown bevore starting: Pls deaktivatet Solver because Excel can´t work with it.

I need help pls.
