Excel Solver help

Hello,

I have attached an excel sheet where I need a help in adding constraint to my model. I want my decision variables (C49:C63) to be in same or close proportion to the proportion of forecast which is given in cell B27:B41. How can I add the constraint in such a way that the proportion is maintained.
