Excel slow until windows restart

Hello,

on my PC (i7 - 16Go DDR4 - SSD - GeForce GTX1660Ti) my excel (from office 365 familly) is slow, I can't use it, I can't move in cells even on a 500ko file with no formula.
And when I restart Windows it works fine, until the next time. 

Any idea ?

    Do you face this issue with excel only? is it with new workbook? 

    what about word?

    what about the windows, does it run smoothly?

    This problem might be related to OS or Hardware issue.

     

    when you face this issue, click on ALt+Ctrl+ delete --> task manager, window like this will appear

    We need to see the performance of the application that consume the resource
