Excel sheets go blank

I'm having this problem in only one workbook, so far. When I enter certain tabs, and I run my mouse down the page, a small section of the screen goes blank. This section includes part of the worksheet and part of the menu itself. When I CTRL PageUp/Down and return to the suspect screen it's clear until i click on it again

I'm having this problem in only one workbook, so far. When I enter certain tabs, and I run my mouse down the page, a small section of the screen goes blank. This section includes part of the worksheet and part of the menu itself. When I CTRL PageUp/Down and return to the suspect screen it's clear until i click on it again
